Usage

Prediction option

Check "Use the protein sequence" if you want to use both DNA and protein sequences.

Check "Predict binding sites both in the input DNA and the reverse complement sequences" to predict binding sites in both the input DNA and its reverse complement sequences.

Input

Enter DNA sequence and protein sequence (protein sequence is optional).

Buttons

- Example: fill the input boxes with sample sequences.
- Reset: empty the input box.
- Submit: predicting binding sites in the input DNA sequence with the specified prediction option.

Output

The '+' symbol represents binding nucleotides and the '-' symbol represents non-binding nucleotides.

 

Visualization of binding sites

If any protein-RNA complex structures in PDB are found to include the input sequence(s), PRIdictor visualizes the structures with binding sites highlighted.
Click the PDB ID to display the structure.
